Anti-Money Laundering
IOSsoft staff were responsible for the development and implementation of complete system solution for the implementation of Financial Intelligent Units (FIU). We provided an Intranet and Internet web solution for the exchanging of information with the private financial sector in order to help detect and fight corruption, financial crimes, money laundering and terrorist financing. All applications were integrated with the worldwide organization of the Financial Crime Enforcement Network (FinCen). Public web site www.fcpml.org.yu. This project was sponsored by the US Department of Treasury - Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence.

Corporate Business Register and Secured Transactions Register
IOSsoft experts provide services to two E-Government applications: the Corporate Business Register, which allows business organizations to register via the Internet and Intranet, under the public web site www.crps.cg.yu; and the Secured Transactions Register, which allows the public registration of collateral loans of non-immobile assets, pledges and liens. System under the public web site www.rzcg.cg.yu.
Technology used: Dreamweaver, Visual Studio.NET and MS SQL under XML interface.

Court Administration Judicial Reform
Court Case Track System for the country's court system
IOSsoft staff designed and developed of an in-house solution for the country's court system. Responsible for the implementation of the new Case Management System in three pilot courts around the country. Project Capital Expenditures USD $1.5.

Social and Pension Reform
Collection and Record Keeping of Contributions for the new Social Security and Tax Collection Department
Senior staff of IOSsoft provided technical support for the new Social Security and Tax Collection Department that allowed the unification of collection, reconciliation and increase of compliance in social contributions and tax collections. Identified problems, optimized record-keeping and collection, and performed cost-benefit analysis evaluating capital expenditure against project savings. Project Expenditures Budget USD $1.5M .
Technology used: Oracle DBA, Oracle Developer 6i (Forms 6I and Reports 6I), Unix-based network.
SWITZERLAND
United Nations Security Council
Claims Payment System for the United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) — Oil-For-Food Program
IOSsoft staff developed and implemented a full system to process the claims of individuals, corporations and countries deemed victims of the Iraq-Kuwait conflict of 1988 under the Oil-For-Food Program. System consisted of a module to manage the Claims Payment System which included a wire transfer banking interface, reconciliation of claims for 45 different countries and a total of 650,000 individual and organizational claims. Developed the team of employees and the department for the daily operation of the commission's claims payment process . Successfully managed the daily operation of claims payments in accordance with tight deadlines, including the participation of audit programs by independent international audit firms.
Technology used: Oracle DBA Version 7.00 and SQL Gupta.
BULGARIA
Pension and Social Reform
E-Registration and E-Collection for the National Social Security Institute
Staff of IOSsoft developed and implemented two main E-Government applications for the National Social Security Institute: E-Registration, which consisted of an application that gathers 1.5 million worker requests for the selection of private pension funds in a real-time Internet environment. This system was designed under a Virtual Private Network (Internet) using ASP and Web Securer techniques. Site https://nssi.orbitel.bg; E-Collection which consisted of an information system infrastructure to support the Unified Revenue Collection System. This application gathered the social contributions collection in a real-time environment for their administration, and the reconciliation and control of data reporting mechanisms.
Technology used in both applications: ASP, JavaScript and MS SQL.
NICARAGUA
Economic Reform
Institutional reform and restructuring of the Central Bank of Nicaragua
IOSsoft staff provided direct advice to senior level managers of the Central Bank regarding new technology and its implementation. Managed a team of technical external consultants and local technical staff during all phases of the Project Life Cycle. Project sponsored by the Inter American Development Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Project Expenditures Budget USD $750,000.
Technology used: AS400 and RS/6000.
MONTENEGRO

Bank Supervision System for the Central Bank of Montenegro
Senior staff of IOSsoft developed and implemented off-site Bank Supervision System. The system allowed private banks to report into the bank supervision section at the Central Bank. Indicators and controls were identified under the financial information of each bank.
Technology used: XML Interface with VB.Excel user front-end. Upload into Oracle and with control interface using Oracle Developers Tool.

Financial Intelligent Units (FIU) Anti-Money Laundering
IOSsoft staff was responsible for the development and implementation of an Anti Money Laundry Agency Application (AMLA) software solution. This customized software provides full functionality for the Montenegrin Financial Intelligent Units (FIU). The application allows the enhancement of reporting compliance, information collection and analysis, rapid query capability and case tracking system. Public web site www.aspn.cg.yu.
Technology used: VB.NET, Visual Studio.NET 2000 and SQL (MS SERVER 2003).
